The Automotive industry has been waiting for an unbiased platform
We are not giving too much info about how the Drivesome platform functions. We want to be the first on the market with our unique ideas. We can tell you that the platform pulls some key characteristics from other popular platforms and uses them in a more user-friendly way to find details and information on automotive. Using familiar features will provide an easy transition to Drivesome for a great user experience.
The selling point
Our algorithm focuses on the car, not the users. Car people who want to follow car influencers have plenty of platforms to choose from. Drivesome is car-centric. The cars you like and the knowledge you have will determine your experience. Users and posts you see are based on your “car profile”. If you love the classics, that’s what you see. If you love EVs, Teslas will be popping up constantly. Users/influencers are encouraged to provide valuable content and information.
Real drivers and real experience
Drivesome focuses on real drivers with real experiences, content, and information. We are not focused on paid, biased reviews.
In pre-alfa testing, we found Drivesome held an overly negative input class, so we designed a rewards program to encourage more positive content input. Rewards are great for user involvement, influencer development, constructive commenting, and relationships.
Security
Local connections have been the downfall of many before us. If you own a supercar, you do not want to give the location of your pride and joy. We have designed a shadowing function to work on the 3rd degree of separation to make it hard for non-connected users to find location information on users. We are also heavily focused on verifying users.
Things like number plate blur and user verification badges will all be implemented as we grow.
