Below are our estimated dates and valuations with an uptake of 250 Founders Club Members. Every additional 100 uptakes of Founders Club will increase valuations by 20%.

Open Now issuing SAFE notes to a maximum of $1,000,000 which will convert at a Series A funding round. More info here

Valuation - unknown

Series A - May 2023

We seek $1,000,000 in capital.

Funds will be used to increase marketing, and development, recruit more employees, and fund competition programs.

Valuation - a minimum estimate of $10,000,000

Series B - October 2023

We seek $10,000,000 in the capital.

Funds will be used to increase the development of future tech for Drivesome, WEB3, AR, and MR platforms. Marketing for WEB gaming projects and Little Driver sales.

Valuation - minimum estimate of $100,000,000
