Drivesome will be managed by Smart Business Building Pty Ltd until the establishment of Drivesome Group International. Smart Business Building Pty Ltd will manage the initial project, domain lease agreements, data, billing, and negotiations for investments until the first investment round is complete. Smart Business Building Pty Ltd will establish Drivesome Group International LLC in the British Virgin Islands as the first investment contract, SAFEwill, or convertible note is signed.

Due to the complex nature of the Drivesomes business model, we will establish multiple LLCs where needed (these will be labeled Drivesome+country code).

When established Drivesome Group International will have 10,000,000 shares.

FFF (family, friends, and founders) round

We will issue SAFE notes to selected people who want to take advantage of this opportunity and support Drivesome early with a favorable discount rate of 20%. The minimum investment is $10,000 or higher, with a maximum of $1,000,000 total for the FFF Round.

Founders Club

The Founders Club Holdings will be established six months after the launch of the Drivesome Platform. The Founders Club Holdings holds the rights to a maximum of 1 million shares or 10% equity in Drivesome Group International. Shares will be sold to Founder Club Holdings at a fixed rate of 0.001(USD)
