Terms and Conditions for Drivesome. By accessing and utilizing the services provided by Drivesome, a social networking platform managed by Smart Business Building Pty Ltd and owned by future Drivesome Group International, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms and conditions may be updated and modified at any time without prior notice, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly. Your continued use of the services provided by Drivesome constitutes your acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
User Terms and Conditions
As a user of Drivesome, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions set forth by the platform, including but not limited to: Complying with all community guidelines and rules established by Drivesome, which include prohibitions against hate speech, harassment, and other forms of disruptive behavior. Granting Drivesome and any third parties the right to use, share, or distribute any content, images, or data that you upload or share on the platform for any purposes, including but not limited to commercial or advertising use. • Understanding that your username and account may be revoked, banned, or removed at the discretion of Drivesome for any reason, including but not limited to violations of the community guidelines and rules, or if Drivesome determines that your account poses a security risk to the platform or its users. Acknowledging that Drivesome and any related parties shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the platform, whether on-platform or off-platform, including but not limited to any damages or losses resulting from the unauthorized access to or use of your personal information, or any errors or omissions in the platform's content or functionality.
Founders Club Terms and Conditions
All users who join the Founders Club are considered provisional members until they have completed six months of engagement on Drivesome. Engagement includes but is not limited to regularly using the platform, creating and sharing content, engaging with other users and contributing to the platform's growth. The Founders Club members will be notified by email when they have been accepted and will have the opportunity to receive a maximum of 1000 shares at the discounted rate of .001 (USD) in Founders Club Holdings LLC, which will be established six months after the launch of Drivesome. Drivesome and all related parties shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Founders Club, including but not limited to any damages or losses resulting from any errors in the Founders Club's content or functionality, or any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information. Drivesome reserves the right to refuse, cancel or decline any membership for any reason they see fit and at their sole discretion. Any provisional member who does not engage with the platform at least 15 times on 15 separate days within the first month of Drivesome Launch will have their provisional membership revoked and lose all benefits associated with it. If there is insufficient uptake in provisional members within the first month after launch, Drivesome reserves the right to cancel the Founders Club program.
All information and topics discussed on the Drivers Club, including but not limited to; discussions, feedback, opinions, and ideas, are considered confidential and the property of Drivesome. This includes any files, documents, or other materials shared within the Drivers Club. As a member of the Drivers Club, you agree to keep all information and topics discussed within the Drivers Club confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the express written consent of Drivesome. The temporary address of the Drivers Club is currently located on Driversclub.drivesome.com. This is a temporary location, and once Drivesome officially launches, the member areas will be accessible on the main Drivesome platform, this temporary address will be deactivated. Drivesome shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the Drivers Club, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Drivesome has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to; loss of income, reputation, or any other intangible losses. As a member of the Drivers Club, you also agree to comply with any additional terms and conditions that may be provided by Drivesome in relation to the use of the Drivers Club. It's important to note that the Drivers Club is a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for the product or service that Drivesome offers, the purpose of this community is to provide feedback and suggestions, to collaborate, and to share knowledge and experiences. By joining this community, members agree to use the information shared in this community in a responsible and ethical manner.
DMCA Terms and Conditions
Drivesome takes the protection of intellectual property rights seriously and will respond promptly to any valid notice of alleged copyright infringement that complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on this site, please notify us by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information: An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the site; Your address, telephone number, and email address; A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. We will remove the infringing material within 7 days of viewing the notice, provided that the notice complies with the DMCA. The request must include the name and address and phone number of the plaintiff, the name, address, and phone number of the legal council, and all evidence and details of all copyright infringements. Drivesome will provide all user information and collected data for DMCA violation and information if the plaintiff provides a $100,000 bond or if a court decides this is a valid request. We do not support frivolous legal statements or actions, and any legal action taken on the platform must be performed through the proper channel described above. In addition, by using the services provided by Drivesome, you acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your actions and the content you post on the website, and that you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Furthermore, in the event of any disputes arising from or related to these terms and conditions or your use of the website, you agree to resolve such disputes through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Finally, please note that these terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cook Islands without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from these terms and conditions and the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable. It's important to note that these terms and conditions are binding and legally enforceable. By continuing to use Drivesome, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
